Bias
By default many men assume that the women they are speaking with is inferior to them.
Dismissal
Due to bias a woman difference of opinion is dismissed instead of viewing it as an opportunity of improvement.
Not accepting them as visionaries
Women are thought of as instruction takers and only suited for roles with limited scope.
